Spokane ENT is comprised of a team of specialists who concentrate on disorders and diseases of the ear, nose and throat. Over the years this specialty has grown to include treatments for conditions of the larynx, head and neck, respiratory tract, trachea, and endocrine glands. The clinic provides care for both adults and children.


Ear & Hearing

Hearing and balance are critical to how we conduct our daily lives. Our ENT specialists treat conditions such as ear infection, hearing loss, dizziness, ringing in the ears (called tinnitus), ear, face, or neck pain, and more.

Covid-19 Update

Dear patients of Columbia Surgical Specialists,

Columbia Surgical Specialists is open and seeing patients in-office and . Telehealth visits remain available for those that may need it.

All services will be utilizing and asking patients to follow the guidelines below:

  • Masks must be worn AT ALL TIMES while in our buildings.
  • We are limiting the amount of people in our building. Only the patient will be allowed in the building unless the patient is a minor or has a disability, then the patient can be accompanied by ONE person.
  • We have a temperature taking station as you enter our building, all individuals must be checked.
  • Social distancing is very important. Our waiting rooms have limited seating and we may use our call system during busy hours; this allows you to wait in your car until your provider is ready to see you.
  • Most importantly, do not come to your appointment if you have a fever, new cough, loss of taste/smell or have been exposed to someone diagnosed with COVID-19.
