M. Shane McNevin

M. Shane McNevin attended Wayne State University School of Medicine, graduating with high distinction. He completed his internship and residency at Barnes-Jewish Hospital. Additional fellowship training at the University of Minnesota in the area of Colon and Rectal Surgery allows Dr. McNevin to provide expertise in the diagnosis, medical management and surgical treatment of colorectal and anal tumors, inflammatory bowel disease and pelvic floor disorders.
He currently serves as Co-Medical Director of the Providence Continence Center and is NW Region Advocate for the American College of Surgeons Oncology Group (ACOSOG). Dr. McNevin is an active member of Deaconess Medical Center and Sacred Heart Medical Center. Dr. McNevin is available to see patients at our Cataldo office. Dr. McNevin is a skilled minimally invasive surgeon, including robotic assisted surgery to treat a variety of complex conditions and diseases.
Dr. McNevin treats colorectal surgery emergencies at Holy Family Hospital, Deaconess Hospital, and Sacred Heart Medical Center.
