Columbia Surgical Specialists

Providence Partnership Announcement

It is with great pleasure that we announce our upcoming partnership with Providence Medical Group in the near future.

As we have had the privilege to serve our patients and their families over the past several decades, the specialty divisions within Columbia Surgical Specialists have continued to prosper and grow. What started out as Spokane Ear, Nose & Throat and Surgical Specialists of Spokane, now includes seven specialties in six different locations, throughout the Spokane region. This new partnership with Providence will allow us to better serve our patients and expand access to an even wider range of specialty and surgical care.

Columbia Surgical Specialists will remain an independent provider group, providing the same great services that patients have come to know and trust. The management of our clinics will transition to Providence Medical Group, which will offer our patients access to comprehensive primary and specialty care.

You do not need to take any action at this time. Our teams are working together over the next several months to continue your care. We look forward to continuing to provide our patients with the region’s premier healthcare experience, from the same great teams in the same great locations.

Please see the enclosed FAQ’s to answers to some questions or concerns you may have. Please visit for the FAQ’s and updated information as we continue to work towards this transition.

Thank you for your continued support and the opportunity to be your chosen specialty healthcare provider.
